What experience have you gained in your career at Wicked Event Management?

I have had the opportunity to engineer the Customer relationship management system which is bespoke to Wicked Event Management. The wonderful thing about the bespoke software is it’s easy to use customer interface, built for the group organiser to make the whole booking process easy and seamless. It is also built for the team at Wicked – the bookings and event planners need software that is built for our specific market. In short, the opportunities are very diverse, the CRM system has to operate differently in each country we operate.  No two days are the same.

Wicked Event Management has allowed me to diversify and expand my skills by working across multiple technologies. I have had the pleasure of working alongside the team to develop and manage a range of websites under the Wicked umbrella. I have learned how to work collaboratively with a larger team.

Sales/Travel Consultant

Wicked Event and Travel Management is looking for its next sales consultant champion. As a sales and travel consultant you will be determining clients needs, helping them find suitable packagings. This includes, organising travels from beginning to end, including flights, accommodation, transportation and activities.

To do this, you will need to be able to have excellent communication skills, especially on the phone (you will be on the phone with clients & suppliers regularly), ability to multitask and work under pressure. If this sounds like a role you would excel at, don’t hesitate on contacting us!

Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern Role

Wicked Event Management is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern for a 12-week internship. Working across our Australian, New Zealand, and international brands, you’ll gain hands-on experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, website management, and online promotions.

You’ll collaborate with our social media, design, and development teams to support marketing campaigns, assist with website updates, help grow our digital presence, and contribute to the development of new brand initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, creative, eager to learn, and looking to gain valuable industry experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
