Our Story

Wicked Event Management started as a small event management and party tour business on the Gold Coast. The business then expanded into Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, and within a few years, Wicked was operating in all the capital cities. With this success and thousands of happy customers, the business grew into servicing additional events. The business then moved into the international markets and expanded into New Zealand and has recently launched in America, with Europe on the horizon in the coming years.

After starting with basic events, Wicked Event Management re-positioned itself to be a complete service event management agency for Team Trips, Hens Events, Bucks Events, and Stag Events. The company now organises thousands of events with suppliers all around Australia and New Zealand.

Wicked Event Management has a dedicated event planning and sales team who will be able to craft the perfect event to ensure your group has the most unforgettable experience. Your personal party planner will provide your group with the ultimate itinerary for the duration of your event.

What we do

The team at Wicked Event Management will craft the perfect event to suit all your group members. After gathering all your event details and requirements the event coordinators will liaise back and forward with all of our suppliers to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our dedicated party planners are available from the start of your booking until your event is completed. If you have any issues or troubles, your dedicated event coordinator will take care of this for you, so you can get back to enjoying your event.

You’ll get everything you wanted

The team at Wicked Event Management is able to organise and make any changes up until 4 weeks out from your event. If it is last-minute emergency issues or unforseen problems, the team will work with our customers and suppliers to ensure that your event runs smoothly as intended.
